I had a mixed experience during my stay at Avani Melbourne Jazz Corner Residences. Initially, I was delighted with my spacious room that had fantastic views, but my subsequent stay offered a different story with a much smaller room that felt unfinished. The excellent hotel breakfast, especially the smashed avocado, and the superb location near attractions were definitely highlights, but the staff's inconsistent service left something to be desired.

The first room was lovely, spacious with fantastic views, while the second was smaller with an unfinished appearance. Both were well-equipped, but I faced varied experiences.

I had a mixed experience at Avani Melbourne Jazz Corner Residences. The location was fantastic, right next to tram stops and close to the Queen Victoria Market. However, I was disappointed with the service and the inconsistency in room quality during my stay. While my initial room was spacious and equipped with nice amenities, my second room left a lot to be desired, feeling cramped and unkempt.

Rooms

My first room was well-equipped with a kitchen, laundry, and great views, but the second room was tiny and had a view of a derelict building. It felt unfinished and was poorly maintained, which really affected my stay.
Service
